02. DROPS & AVAILABILITY
Our “Drops” are released in highly limited quantities.
- Inventory: Items in your cart are not reserved until payment is confirmed.
- Limit per Customer: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis to prevent “botting” or unauthorized reselling.
03. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, is the property of arc line. The “Neo-Brutalist” aesthetic and custom “Drop” system are proprietary designs. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.
04. SHIPPING & LOGISTICS
Shipping lead times are estimates and not guarantees. Due to the limited nature of our releases, processing times may vary.
- Risk of Loss: All items purchased from our site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
